The Small Wheel Loader is a versatile machine that can be used with numerous attachments. Traditional work is loading and stockpiling dirt. Beyond the usual dirt work, change the work tool and the machine can be used to unload pallets, move pipe, sweep streets, plow snow and more.
The Cat Simulators Small Wheel Loader system features OEM controls combined with simulated applications developed with Caterpillar expert operators. The simulated machine includes the forks work tool attachment and clamshell bucket. During training, learners will focus on safe and efficient operations using many types of applications for the Small Wheel Loader. Corresponding lessons are presented along with each exercise, with quizzes to test competency throughout the program. Once learners have mastered applications in the safety of the virtual environment, they will be better prepared to train on the actual machines.
Simformotion™ is the licensee for Cat® Simulators for Caterpillar Inc. During the development of Cat Simulators, the Simformotion team worked closely with subject-matter experts to develop each exercise using the same techniques as found on real-world jobsites. Our curriculum works in tandem with simulation training to create a full educational experience for the learner. Throughout the material you will see images taken directly from the Cat Simulators simulation software. The images are used to help illustrate lessons and techniques.
