About Us

We are passionate about helping organizations succeed.

We provide effective, safe, engaging training technologies to help develop skilled operators today to meet the workforce demands of tomorrow.

Simformotion™ LLC is a privately held, women-owned business headquartered in Peoria, Illinois, USA. Founded in 2009, we specialize in heavy equipment training technologies and services with sales worldwide.

We work closely with operator experts to develop simulation training that helps organizations dramatically lower costs, address safety issues, increase productivity and achieve sustainability initiatives. Representing brands such as Caterpillar, Growmark, AGCO and L3 Harris, our training simulators help operators learn and transition seamlessly to real machines and vehicles faster than traditional training methods.

In addition to our state-of-the-art Cat Simulators systems, we pioneered and developed the turnkey training curriculum, SimScholars, a 1:1 match to all the simulator exercises. This exclusive curriculum further sets our training system apart from others.

Whether instructors have extensive heavy equipment operating experience, are traditional educators, or have no experience in either field, they will find the SimScholars curriculum invaluable to their training programs. All curriculums guide instructors through each Cat Simulators exercise, starting with a machine walkaround inspection exercise followed by an industry-focused safety curriculum that can be used in tandem or separately from the simulator curriculum, and lessons and quizzes around techniques, applications, or associated subject matter.

How Can Your Organization Subscribe to SimScholars?

SimScholars curriculum subscriptions are available with a Cat Simulators system purchase, and access is free for the first year. After the first year, standard subscription rates are applied.

After purchasing a Cat® Simulators system, you will receive access and steps to use the SimScholars platform and curriculum. If further help is needed, you may consult with our curriculum developer, who will advise you on integrating the curriculum, schedule implementation and more.
